Job Summary: Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Crew Member. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving high-quality sandwiches, and maintaining a clean and organized store. The Crew Member will work closely with other team members to ensure that our customers have an enjoyable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take orders and prepare sandwiches according to customer preferences
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer
- Maintain a clean and organized store by regularly cleaning equipment, washing dishes, and sweeping/mopping floors
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling and storage of food
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or customer service preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $13/hour plus tips (guaranteed $2/hour, up to $4/hour).
