Agri Beef’s feedyards employ some of the most dedicated people in the business. To ensure our cattle are cared for properly and given a healthy, comfortable environment, our people manufacture and deliver feed, provide care for our animals, maintain our facilities and equipment, and provide administrative support to our teams and customers. The Boise Valley Feeders feedyard is located in Parma Idaho.

We are looking for a Yard Maintenance Crew team member at our cattle feedyard in Parma, Idaho. As a member of our yard crew, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and care of the feedyard premises. This may include building fences, repairing and maintaining feed bunks, repairing water lines and water tanks, and conducting general repair work. The ideal candidate will have extensive welding and heavy equipment experience as this role will primarily consist of working outside on the feedyard premises and equipment operation.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Move and/or install fences – both electric and steel
• Clean and maintain water lines and water tanks
• Clean and repair feed bunks and pens
• Operate and maintain equipment
• Maintain a positive attendance record by demonstrating consistent and punctual attendance on a regular basis
• Perform other related duties as assigned
