Job description
POSITION SUMMARY
The Winder Operator will perform manual labor tasks in support of assigned area. The weekend shift works Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify inventory.
- Load/unload wire reels.
- Splice wire.
- Adjust tension (brakes).
- Set brakes.
- Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
- Good basic math skills.
- Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
