Corrugated Box Customer Service Representative

Corrchoice, a Div of Greif Packaging LLC., the southeast's leading manufacturer of high quality corrugated products is accepting applications for a Customer Service Representative at their Concord NC facility. Previous CSR experience in the corrugated box industry is required along with excellent organizational skills, data entry, written and verbal communications skills. Primary duties consist of performing all aspects of the order entry process daily including:

  • Building Specs and creating quotes in ERP system for corrugated boxes for the Jumbo Press.
  • Keep up with inventory for warehouse items.
  • Answer all customer inquiries timely and professionally through email, phone or fax communication to provide customers with the latest detailed status of their orders.
  • Entering orders in ERP system, verifying orders entered manually or through the B2B system to ensure accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
