OVERVIEW

Are you ready to join the Goode life? In our Corporate office, we celebrate our work family at monthly luncheons as we recognize birthdays and service anniversaries – all while enjoying a meal from one of our restaurants (and indulging in the occasional trivia competition).

We’re looking for a Corporate Administrator to be our front-line ambassador. You’ll be the first point of contact as you welcome guests, handle calls and own the front desk responsibility. Creating a great first impression is your calling card. Hospitality is in your DNA. You’ll be known for your warm personality, can-do attitude and positive outlook. And you’ll enjoy using your bilingual skills to assist Spanish-speaking team members.

The Corporate Admin provides administrative support to the Human Resources staff and others in the Executive office for our 800-person organization. This multi-faceted, cross-functional position requires an individual who can establish priorities and work under limited supervision to get the job done right the first time.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide a seamless environment that enables Corporate staff to successfully execute their responsibilities in a continued culture of excellence.
  • Welcome guests, clients, and customers in a professional, friendly and hospitable manner that reflects Goode Company’s brand values.
  • Answer the telephone and door and direct the caller or guest to the appropriate staff member.
  • Assist in confirming appointments with management to avoid business interruptions.
  • Assist in organizing monthly company luncheons and special events.
  • Maintain all common areas by ensuring they are kept clean, neat and orderly.
  • Maintain an inventory of all supplies for the office and break room.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all Company matters.
  • Provide support for new hire activities, data entry into the HR and accounts payable systems, and general clerical support for the Corporate office.
  • Adhere to operational and business practices of Goode Company.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of Company’s goals and strategies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of previous work experience in a business environment (or may substitute degree for the experience).
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish.
  • Experience providing support in a Human Resources Department and/or using an applicant tracking system such as Toast or Paycom.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.
  • Demonstrated poise, tact, diplomacy, discretion and integrity in all interactions.
  • Proven critical thinking skills and proactive mindset.
  • Familiarity with a variety of computer software applications and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook for emails, scheduling, and confirming appointments.
  • Attention to detail, accountability, pride in work and quality in everything the position entails.
  • Professional customer service attitude and appearance at all times.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.

BENEFITS:

  • Weekly Payroll
  • Paid Holidays
  • Monday-Friday 8-5 pm
  • 401(k) with Company Match
  • Company Subsidized Health Insurance after 60 days
  • Also eligible for Dental / Vision / Supplemental Life
  • PTO
