PrimeSource Building Products, Inc., one of the nation's largest wholesale distributors of building supply products, is seeking a reliable, hardworking Recruiter in our corporate office located in Irving, Texas.
Requirements:This position will be remote. You may be required to come in the office 1-2 days per month.The contract recruiter position is responsible for sourcing, selecting, interviewing, and referring applicants for warehouse and administrative positions throughout the company.
- Posts positions on various job boards, and also conducts applicant searches through resume databases.
- Recruits, screens, and refers qualified applicants to hiring manager for interviewing.
- Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
- Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems
