Our Fortune 500 Banking client is looking for Content Manager.

On-Site Position

Duration: 6 Months

  • Develop the content management strategies and assess, design, implement, and execute guidelines, continually optimizing with business and/or regulatory changes and providing ongoing oversight/governance
  • Manage all aspects of content management project including scope (to include analysis of content, sourcing and building of content gaps, to create high value, quality content), design, implementation, maintenance, and communication
  • Responsible for ongoing management of content platform and all assets within, including creation, management, communication and distribution, retrieval, and archival as applicable; measurements for success/opportunities for improvement
  • Deliver relevant content updates and communications to colleagues and customers in a simple and digestible format, ensuring salient points are conveyed succinctly and optimized to their point of view; complex documentation simplified for easy consumption

Qualifications

Our colleague content is largely managed via our SharePoint intranet sites so the ideal candidate will be proficient in SharePoint, including Power Apps Forms and Power Automate Workflows.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (typically English, Communications, Technical Writing, Journalism) or equivalent in experience
  • 2-3 years of Content or Knowledge Management experience
  • Business/technical writing experience (instructional, informational) including procedures, job resources, and communications
  • Project Management experience
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite; particularly with SharePoint and Word; knowledge of Adobe Acrobat

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in mortgage, consumer lending, or financial services
  • Familiarity with B2B and B2C communication
  • Experience with project/ticket tracking (ex. JIRA)

  • Ability to quickly absorb and then research, analyze, and expand upon existing content; distill complex processes into clear takeaways for both internal and external audiences
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, writing and editing skills, with a deep appreciation for clear and concise content from big picture to grammatical details
  • Versatile self-starter that can work independently and collaboratively, cultivating relationships with various levels of leadership and sales professionals, with strong business partnering and networking skills
  • Proven ability to operate and thrive in a fast pace, high change environment with ambiguity while meeting deadlines and juggling multiple projects simultaneously, identifying and responding to situations quickly with poise and confidence, knowing when to escalate
  • Project management and organization
  • Keen attention to detail with high standards of execution and low tolerance for error

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $38.00 - $39.00 per hour

Schedule:
