Construction Foreman Job in Omaha, Nebraska
- Salaried position. Based on experience.
- Salary ranges from $45,000 to $75,000.
- Year-round work.

- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
- Must proficiently be able to read a tape measure.
- Must be highly skilled in math.
- Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress, and resource allocation.
- Create cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials, and other project costs.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other construction management to determine budget and timeline.
- Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers.
- Create schedules for workers and subcontractors.
- Hire additional subcontractors and assign work accordingly.
- Maintain a daily log for the job site’s operations, reporting to management as necessary.
- Make changes in the operations as necessary to best meet construction deadlines.
- Implement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient.
- Must be highly communicative with both internal and external communication.
- Perform and pass a drug test.
- Undergo a background check.
Core Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
- Monday through Friday
- From 7 AM to 5 PM
- 30-minute lunch break
- Overtime available.
