A Concierge company, in Schaumburg, IL is looking for a brilliant Concierge Agent to service a Commercial building. The Concierge will provide excellent customer service while assisting visitors, guests, patrons, and employees with their personal services and requests. This position is the face and first impression of the facility and is expected to be, respectful, personable, and friendly.

Available Shifts:

• Monday-Friday
• 4 days on; 1 day off
• 40 hours
• 10 hour shifts; 7am-5pm

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Report to the manager any issues or problems that arise
• Answers phones from both internal guests and external customers
• Greets and interacts with visitors, guests, patrons, and employees on a regular basis
• Responds to questions and requests from guests
• Maintains a clean workstation
• Accepts and distributes messages and mail as necessary
• Handling packages – receiving, shipping, and distributing
• Develops and maintains relationships to ensure quality customer service
• Performs other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior concierge or front desk experience highly preferred
• Must maintain a professional appearance
• Must be organized and able to multi-task
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Able to lift 15-40 lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Required)
• Concierge: 2 years (Required)
