We are seeking a full-time remote Manager of Communications & Marketing Operations. The position will support a new function for Paradigm focused on internal and external communications, marketing operations, and brand management, operating in a largely B2B marketing and communications environment. Reporting to Paradigm’s Senior Director of Communications and Marketing Operations, this individual will be responsible for supporting strategy and execution and improving processes and efficiencies while collaborating with Product Marketing, HR, and senior leadership to amplify Paradigm’s mission, brand identity, and value proposition to internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Support external communications to strengthen product marketing strategies and enterprise communications and branding objectives, working closely with Product Marketing and Paradigm leadership:
  • Manage external content calendar and support execution of external messaging and communications related to enterprise initiatives, strategic developments, and organizational changes.
  • Assist with coordination and development of enterprise thought leadership including content development and production for blogs, white papers, webinars, videos, and other communications vehicles.
  • Own the management of Paradigm’s social media channels including the editorial content calendar, posting both organic and paid content, and supporting ongoing data analysis and iteration of the overall strategy.
  • Collaborate on website updates, email campaigns, and other external marketing tools as needed.
  • Manage internal communications together with the Sr. Director of Communications and Marketing Operations and working closely with our HR team to:
  • Support people-related programs and events with effective outreach and communications, including Town Halls, DEIB programs, our Paradigm Experience for new hires, recruiting, and CEO communications.
  • Support programming and utilization of our corporate intranet, including the editorial calendar and guidelines, home page content, and strategies to increase employee use and engagement.
  • Enable Marketing Operations with the goal of creating an efficient and effective set of relationships, processes, and tools to inform and support product marketing strategies as well as internal and external communications:
  • Engage with Paradigm’s marketing technology stack, including Pardot, Salesforce, WordPress, Cvent, as needed.
  • Assist with the execution of the marketing analytics and reporting strategy, partnering with Product Marketing and Data & Analytics on key metrics, internal and external data, data repository and management and reporting.
  • Ensure the integrity of Paradigm’s brand and identity with internal and external audiences:
  • Ensure consistent implementation of the Paradigm brand through evolution, application, and dissemination of brand standards, style and editorial guidelines, templates, and tools.
Qualifications:
  • Education: BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or Public Relations. MBA or master’s degree preferred
  • Experience: Progressive track record of proven marketing and communications experience in a health care, workers’ compensation, employee benefits, or health management setting.
Technical Skills
  • Deep knowledge and experience in B2B marketing, including knowledge and understanding of distribution channels, branding, digital marketing, database marketing, media placement, marketing attribution analysis, and budgeting.
  • High level of comfort with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and with the following types of platforms: webinar technologies (Zoom and Microsoft Teams), SharePoint, CRM (Salesforce.com), and email marketing (Pardot). Familiarity with marketing technology trends and other applications also necessary. Some design familiarity (e.g., InDesign) is a plus.
  • Outstanding communications skills, particularly the ability to craft clear and persuasive narratives and write and edit effective short- and long-form communications in line with specific brand voice and guidelines
  • Experience with website management including maintenance, design updates, content updates, connection, and management of online marketing solutions that enhance the brand and allow for an ongoing professional web user experience.
  • Knowledge of current and emerging marketing trends, digital and analog tools and strategies and experience in implementing them within complex product and organizational environments.
Work Skills
  • Strong ability to educate, guide and influence executive stakeholders and business partners in strategic marketing programs to position the brand, build awareness, and generate demand.
  • Takes the initiative and is extremely proactive in identifying project needs and proposing and implementing solutions
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills – ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Experience in shared services / matrix organization as well as with a rapidly evolving and complex entrepreneurial type organization.
