Position Objective: To achieve premium goals as directed by the Agency Manager using effective prospecting techniques with an emphasis on quality.

Job Requirements:

• Achieve monthly production goals.
• Establish a trusted advisor reputation with clients and decision makers by asking qualifying profile questions to determine appropriate Insurance solutions.
• Provides customer service to existing clients.
• Conducts annual reviews of policies.
• Obtains accurate information from the prospects, including completing applications, supplemental questionnaires, risk surveys and other related documentation.
• Demonstrates an ability to set expectations with prospects to insure a good experience.
• Manages the relationship and provides timely follow up via phone, e-mail, or site visit to address client questions and concerns.
• Maintains adequate knowledge of procedures, coverage, and the industry, to effectively manage, maintain and develop client relationships.
• Follows agency standard procedures and best practices for processing and preparation of customer correspondence and sales presentations.
• Provides complete and comprehensive submissions to Underwriters and responds promptly to requests for additional information.
• Accurately documents coverage discussions, quotes, declinations, and coverage change or decline requests.
• Submits new business paperwork to Operations as instructed.
• Demonstrates the ability to close the sale.
• Tracks, monitors, and reports on weekly/monthly prospecting activity and sales results to their direct supervisor.
• Assists in the development of marketing programs.
• Requests referrals from new customers and associates and responds to the referrals in a timely manner.
• Demonstrates ability to set expectations to insure a great customer experience.
• Must be in attendance for staff meetings.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
