We are seeking an Individual who is a team player, motivator, relationship builder, problem solver & goal oriented to join our team!. We are seeking someone who interested in working Full-Time or Part-Time & is available to work afternoon or evening shifts. This position offers 32-40 hours per week Full-Time or 10-20 hours per week Part-Time. This Individual will be responsible for filling in open shifts (areas of concentration are East Side Indianapolis, Lawrence & Hancock County) , training new cleaning technicians, and monitor shift times to stay in budget; all other major responsibilities will be listed below.
This Position is Flexible & Part-Time
Location: East Side Indianapolis, Lawrence & Hancock Co.
Pay is $15/hour and paid WEEKLY!
Major Responsibilities
- Create team atmosphere with your assigned front-line employees
- Ensure our clients are getting what we promised
- Deliver supplies to the jobsites
- Inspect jobsites and report the findings to Operations/Management
- Sub for open jobs
- Train and support new cleaners
- Lead initial cleans within your area
- Schedule assignments for new and existing accounts
