POSITION PURPOSE:

Set up, stock and replenish AM Coffee Stations and assist the breakfast buffet attendants as needed to ensure total guest satisfaction. THIS IS AN A.M.

( Early Morning ) POSITION.

ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS:

• Promptly prepare the condiments and necessary items for the coffee stations. Consistently check all of the coffee station items to see if they are stocked and ready for guest consumption.

• Transport all the dishes and coffee mugs, replenish as necessary.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front of house staff.
• Maintain and stock all the plates, coffee cups and mugs, accents and condiments.
• Prep all the to go condiments.
• Clean and maintain the areas of service.
• Assist your other F&B Buffet and food outlets if needed.
• Visit and speak with the guests in a friendly and courteous manner.

SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS:

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the Hotel.

OTHER:

Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel including holidays and weekends.
