We are a growing, family organized company currently seeking an innovative, highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as a Closing Supervisor. The role will be based in St. Peters, MO with the opportunity for relocation and growth within the company.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Developing rapport with contracted individuals to promote positive business acumen

- Provide direction and manage daily operations of office staff

- Supporting customer relationships with both our retail client and the consumer

- Handle efficiency and effectiveness of delivery routes and services

- Coach, train and develop direct reports

- Ensure proper staffing, utilization and management of personnel

Qualifications:

- 1 year supervisory or management experience

- Strong business acumen

- Exceptional leadership, communication and administrative skills

- Positive attitude with the ability to multitask and motivate your team

- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft suites

- Experience using Descartes or similar routing systems – preferred
