Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Services Manager who can help maintain our existing business with current clients, grow business relationships with current clients and assist in bringing new clients in. The correct candidate acts as a liaison between our business and its customers.

Client Services Manager Responsibilities:

· Manage client accounts

· Form and maintain customer relationships

· Maintain customer satisfaction

· Promote Sales/Services for residential and commercial projects

· Schedule and conduct walk throughs of prospective projects

· Draft and finalize proposals and contracts

· Schedule and conduct turnover meetings with the construction team

· Manage social media accounts

· Must be able to analyze the market in order to identify potential customers and leads

· Liaise between different departments

· Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

· Responsible for keeping accurate correspondence records

· Meeting regularly with management to provide updates

*Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.

*Proficiency in Office, Word, Excel, and Adobe is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
