YOUR LIFE AS A CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As a Client Service Representative, you are the "go-to" person at our company. Employees and clients alike will depend on you for accurate information as well as exceptional customer service! You will spend much of your time answering phones, emails, and texts, recording customer interactions, and updating customer accounts. You also attend weekly team-building meetings and increase your job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. We will need you to provide fantastic customer service as you communicate with clients by phone and in person.   • At least 3 years of proven experience in customer services
  • Experience with establishing and maintaining KPIs
  • Data entry abilities along with a knack for numbers
  • Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • A current valid NC drivers license
  • 2-year College Degree and proficiency with MS Office tools is preferred
