Client Service Administrator

True Wealth Design is a wealth management firm and is seeking a Client Service Administrator (CSA) for our expanding team. This is a great opportunity for a friendly, optimistic, and detail-oriented candidate with minimum of 2+ years of financial services, mortgage, or tax experience to thrive in an operational role.

Position Overview

This is a full-time position that will support a team-based approach to client service in managing existing and new client relationships. Standard hours are 40 hours per week during normal business hours. From time to time, this position may require time outside of standard hours.

On a daily basis, you will handle requests from advisors, clients, and operational team members and effectively use your passion, our technology, and our processes to provide consistently exceptional client service.

Initial Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Communicate with clients, prospective clients, and team members in a friendly, professional manner while responding to and anticipating client and team needs
• Process investment account paperwork and track ACHs, transfers, contributions, distributions, etc.
• Problem solve directly with the custodians -- Schwab, Fidelity, TDA, and Pershing
• Provide administrative support including managing calendars, email, and handling phone calls
• Utilize our CRM to manage your daily workload and maintaining/completing client data, tasks, account updates, etc.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years in financial services, mortgage, or tax
• Good understanding of various financial and tax documents a client may have
• Custodian experience preferrable (Schwab, Fidelity, TD Ameritrade, or Pershing)
• Position requires a bright, self-motivated, and personable individual with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must enjoy and excel at highly detail-oriented work and be able to follow through on assigned tasks and responsibilities
• Able to problem solve and work independently with a ‘no job is beneath me’ attitude
• Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Outlook, and Sharepoint
• Two-year or four-year degree preferred but not required for an otherwise strong candidate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
