Client Intake Specialist

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, professional receptionist/client intake specialist to join our small but fast-growing criminal defense firm!

We are looking for a go-getter individual who can hit the ground running and help our team provide excellent service to our clients. As part of a small law firm, there is a tremendous opportunity for growth for a self-starter who can effectively multi-task and take initiative. It's a great opportunity to learn and get substantive experience with sales and marketing.

Job seekers should be friendly and cooperative, have great people skills, and be comfortable answering phone calls. Being the first point of contact, it is important that the person in this position is empathetic and can handle phone calls with confidence and in a welcoming manner. You must be flexible, adapt well to change, and prioritize workload and deadlines.

• Answering phone calls, routing calls, and taking messages
• Initiate and participate in sales and marketing projects
• Calendar consultations, meetings, and court hearings for the firm's attorneys
• Manage the firm's lead pipeline by answering calls, scheduling consultations for qualified leads, and following up with potential new clients
• Opening new client files and other administrative tasks where necessary

• Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
• Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations

• Previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus but not required
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
