We’re looking for a dependable individual to perform general cleaning and minor maintenance duties in our building. You’ll be in charge of maintaining our office's clean aesthetic and coziness. Shift Schedule:

• Monday - Friday: 7 am - 3:30 pm

Pay: $16.50/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• In charge of the housekeeping of the building, including offices, restrooms, cubicles, break rooms, and warehouse.
• Controls and manages cleaning and cafeteria supplies.
• Reports any trash violations (trash should not be mixed in the containers).
• Reports any hazard or safety concern noticed during rounds.
• Maintain break rooms clean and stocked with cafeteria supplies.
• Supports maintenance technicians on minor tasks under the abilities of the position.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of janitorial/maintenance experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
