Exciting opportunity for Civil Engineer with BSCE, EIT and at least 2 years of experience. Need engineer who has experience with design for drainage, paving, lot layout, utility layout, roads, storm water, etc. Must have Civil 3D skills. Learn to handle project scopes and proposals.
