Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our company. The CSO will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing the sales team to achieve our revenue targets.


What you’ll do:

  • Manage the new business and expansion revenue teams for Employ’s mid-market and enterprise product lines to ensure they meet or exceed their sales targets
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead teams dedicated to identifying new business opportunities and target markets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize marketing campaigns
  • Develop and implement sales training and enablement programs to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills to succeed
  • Analyze market trends customer/prospect feedback to influence product roadmap discussions
  • Develop and maintain sales metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop tools to optimize sales forecast accuracy


What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the software industry
  • Demonstrated track record of success in driving mid-market and enterprise sales growth and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales techniques and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions based on data
  • Willingness to travel as needed
