LMI is seeking a Change Manager to develop and implement organizational change management to support the Army Training Information System.
Responsibilities:
Duties: Support the development of a change management strategy as part of a team that is designing and developing complex, enterprise level information systems that will shape the future of how the Army trains its force. The Change Management consultant will be a part of a team that will use change management capabilities, as well as stakeholder engagement and coaching support to drive adoption. The change management team will also be supporting the needs of the training team and the training lead working closely with the communications team to develop strategic comms that share the importance of the program with stakeholders.
Helps in the development, execution, and monitoring of a change management strategy.- Works collaboratively across the change management and strategic communications team and with the Government to enable adoption.
- Produces change management and strategic communciations products to facilitate implementation of the change management strategy and change management plan.
Percentage of Travel Required: 10%
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years change management experienc.
- Experience with DoD change management.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- Clearance: Confidential/NAC
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- SAFe Agile certified (within a year of award).
- Strategic Communication Management Professional (SCMP).
- Change Management Certified Professional.
