The Pines Post Acute and Memory Care is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to assist and work under a Occupational Therapist. The Pines Post Acute & Memory Care is a 50-bed Nursing Facility focusing on Short Term Rehabilitation and Memory Care nestled among 17 acres of beautiful country in Clintonville, WI. Hours: Must have availability from Monday-Sunday

Pay: $30/hr.

Job Responsibilities:

• provides rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements under the supervision and direction of an Occupational Therapist
• administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan including but not limited to: ADL/IADL re-training, therapetuic activities/exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices
• assesses patient progress and communicates with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments accordingly in the clinical record per regulatory and clinical practice requirements
