We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home care for an elderly man in Newtown, Connecticut (Private Residence).
- 12-Hour Day Shifts
- 12-Hour Overnight Shifts
- Willing to work Overtime
Work one-on-one with the same client.

You will be part of a care team, working closely with our agency's care manager. You will be responsible for providing excellent quality of care following a comprehensive care plan.

Job Requirements
- CNA training and experience
- Driver's License, reliable car, auto insurance
- Pass a criminal background check (paid by agency)
- Physical with PPD screening within the last year

Home Care Advantage is located in Danbury, Connecticut. We provide in-home assistance to our clients who wish to age in place and those recuperating from outpatient surgery or hospitalization. Our clients benefit from the social interaction, assistance with household chores, meal preparation, and safety that an experienced caregiver can provide. Many of our clients have one or more conditions including COPD, Diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, Dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, Cancer, Arthritis, Depression and Incontinence.
We hire experienced caregivers with professional experience which may include training, certification or licensing as Certified Nurse Aides - CNA, Home Health Aide - HHA, Personal Care Assistants - PCA and Licensed Practical Nurses - LPN. For many of our jobs we are hiring immediately for full time or part time shifts. Our employees are caring, compassionate. Many have been caregivers to their own family members. We work closely with our staff to provide high quality care for our clients. We offer competitive hourly, Live-In and extended shift pay. We also offer referral bonuses to our staff for employee and client referrals. We serve the community.
We provide senior care services in counties/towns including Fairfield, New Haven, Litchfield, Danbury, Bethel, Newtown, New Milford, Middlebury, Redding, Ridgefield, Southbury, Waterbury, and Westport
