The Role:
We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to move us beyond the status quo. Corporate will provide you with resources, data, and whatever you need to be successful. You are going to be responsible to run your building, manage staff, develop relationships, create programs, and drive the building to success. Corporate will not micromanage you but will hold you accountable for positive outcomes. Our expectation is for you to be the true CEO of your center.

As the CEO you have to do whatever it takes to make your center successful while maintaining compliance, ethics, and putting residents first and above all
Qualifications:
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Required; Master’s Degree in Master of Health Administration(MHA), Preferred
Must be a skilled communicator, Leader and motivator. Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively.
Knowledge of reimbursement regulations, nursing practices/procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term administration
Ability to interact and build partnerships with staff, residents, families, government agencies and the surrounding community
1+ years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Demonstrated ability to maintain positive employee and community relationships
Ability to follow all applicable policies and procedures as well as current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long term care facilities.
Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.
