Description
Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will grow more complex or larger programs to ensure programs and goals are met and participants receive exceptional service. You will report to the Program Director.
Primary Tasks:
You will provide guidance to staff to ensure program goals and deadlines are met.
You will coordinate the program budget and staffing requirements and ensure the program meets its reported goals.
You will manage daily program activities and ensuring program requirements are met.
You will oversee administrative responsibilities to ensure efficient operations of the program.
You will develop partnerships to share resources, expertise, and collaborate in developing, and evaluating projects.
You will create awareness of tribal and public services offered to inform members of job opportunities that might be available.
You will create and submit required program reports and ensure grant compliance.
You will maintain accurate, confidential and up-to-date records per program requirements.
You will monitor program activities to ensure adherence to tribal, federal and program policies, regulations, and goals.
Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Business and financial acumen
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Computer skills
Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Seven (7) years of experience program services or related
