We are looking for dedicated individuals in Greene County, Indiana to join our team in our mission of changing the face of aging.

Become a Caregiver and work with seniors in their homes to assist with their everyday activities. No previous experience necessary - we offer paid New Hire Training to all new members of our family. We are committed to giving you the training you need to succeed in your new role.

We are also offering a $500 Sign-on Bonus to new hires; earn $100 of your bonus after working 80 hours and earn the other $400 after 90 days of employment with Home Instead. Get rewarded for your hard work when you join our team!

Requirements to be a Caregiver:

• Have a passion for caring for others
• Ability to assist clients in their home with activities of daily living
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance
