Full-time positions open, all shifts including weekends. 40 hours per week, regular (and repeating) schedules. The work location is a beautiful single-family home in a nice neighborhood.

Do you have a "calling" to enhance the lives of seniors? If so, come help our clients who live in our Share Care home in Parma. Our house and the help we provide goes way beyond the old fashioned "group" homes of the past. You'll care for 3 (or at most 4) clients.

The most important part of this job? Building a relationship with your clients. Engagement with our seniors is what makes this work so satisfying, for you and them. Sure, there is cooking, cleaning, laundry, and personal care that need attention. But our elderly clients also enjoy games, puzzles, crafts, movies and more! Part of your job is to encourage these activities by participating in them with our residents.

We are seeking kind, compassionate people who thrive helping seniors. Our Share Care home is where our residents want to remain and with your help, they can do just that. .
