Randstad is actively seeking Claims Service Representatives to join our client's Claims Customer Service Center at their office in Worcester, MA. salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour

work hours: 8:30 AM - 6 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform claim intake activities on basic claims for one or more lines of business
• Provide general assistance to agents, insureds, and claimants
• Handle electronically submitted losses & inbound calls via phone queue
• Respond to calls on established claims and determine appropriate course of action
• Perform rental reservation, appraisal assignments, Express Claim shops, Towing and water mitigation activities
• Utilize established scripts, transcribe personal or commercial loss damage, or injury information into the company’s network generating an electronic claim file
• Recognize coverages, claim processing requirements and related claims systems
• Learn to identify claims and take appropriate actions

What you'll have:

• Associate’s degree preferred, high school diploma required
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of claims process and lines of business
• 1 year of Call Center experience
• Proficient using and toggling between multilple computer applications, dual screens and MS Office Suite products
