Corning Credit Union is seeking Call Center Specialists to join our team in the Wilmington, NC market.

As a member of our call center team, you will:

  • Build member relationships with every interaction
  • Troubleshoot and resolve member questions
  • Perform various financial transactions
  • Educate members on products and services that best meet their financial needs

  • Familiarity with digital banking trends
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!
  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • A bachelor’s degree or other form of secondary education - such as an associate degree - is preferred. Commensurate work experience and/or applicable certifications also considered
  • 1-3 years of customer service, banking or call center experience preferred
