A telecommunications client is looking for a Project Coordinator will work with a large cross functional team to ensure successful execution of a high value strategic project implementing end-to-end process improvements.

Location: Hybrid – Basking Ridge, NJ 07920
Position: Project Coordinator
Pay: $35-40/hr. on W2
Duration: 28 months or longer
Logistics: This is a hybrid role located in Basking Ridge, NJ and will include work from home and assigned office days.

JOB DUTIES:
This role will work with a large cross functional team to ensure successful execution of a high value strategic project implementing end-to-end process improvements. The role will interface with multiple internal stakeholders to generate process improvements and design incentives that will drive sales organization behaviors while managing competing priorities.   • Drive execution plans in collaboration with peers in multiple business disciplines.
  • Examine operational and financial metrics from multiple sources, then develop recommendations and solutions to drive desired results.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and thorough executive level updates
  • Establish a cadence of communication to update and inform stakeholders
  • Implement control measures to ensure continued operational excellence
  • Partner with Reporting and Analytics teams to produce automated reporting to measure and track ongoing performance, results, and benefits.
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
  • Bachelor's degree or six or more years of work experience.
  • Five or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in a large, business facing sales environment.
  • Experience managing large, multi-disciplined, long-term projects
  • Experience utilizing project management skills and tools.
  • Mastery of Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and their Microsoft equivalents.
  • Ability to work in a fast- paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 10% of the time.
DESIRED SKILLS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business.
  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Verizon Wireless sales experience.
  • Prior experience in a consulting role.
  • Experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Lean Six Sigma or Design Thinking certification.
  • Project management experience and/or certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast- paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
  • Demonstrated communications and influence skills with different stakeholders.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Desired
