As my personal assistant, you'll play a key role in helping me manage my day-to-day tasks.

Here's what you'll be doing as my personal assistant:

  • Communication champ: Manage my emails, calls, and other communications, draft and proofread important messages, and screen calls - 2-3 hours daily
  • Master of my schedule: Keep my calendar organized and running smoothly by scheduling appointments, meetings, and events - 1-2 hours weekly
  • Travel guru: Handle all my travel arrangements, from booking flights and accommodations to arranging transportation - occasionally, monthly
  • Information magician: Gather and organize information, conduct research for meetings and projects, and provide reports and summaries - 2-3 hours daily
  • Administrative superstar: Assist with various administrative tasks such as file management, data entry, expense reports, and financial documentation - 1-2 hours daily
  • Meeting maestro: Arrange and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items - 4-5 hours weekly
  • Project partner: Help me manage and coordinate projects by tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and collaborating with team members - 1-2 hours daily
  • Relationship builder: Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, partners, and vendors, and represent me professionally - 3-4 hours weekly
  • Financial tasks: Support in creating financial reports per project, handling payroll, paying bills, and depositing checks - 3-4 hours bi-weekly
  • Please note that the time commitment mentioned for each task is an estimation and may vary depending on workload and project requirements.

Compensation is $13-$23 per hour depending on experience.
