JOB SUMMARY:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is a key leadership role for AtWork. This is a territory-based sales role that covers all of Cobb County, GA. As a BDM you will engage B2B sales activities, such as prospecting, pipeline management, opportunity/need identification, value presentations and closing. As a BDM, you will be accountable for generating business through new sales primarily in medium size accounts with 50 to 250 employees within the territory.

COMPENSATION:
Base Pay Range of $45K - $55K; Incentive Bonus Plan; Monthly Vehicle Stipend

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
-Execution of the AtWork sales plan to ensure consistent sales activity necessary
to meet sales objectives.
-Meet or exceed established sales objectives in alignment with the company's
strategic plan.
-Set prospecting and pipeline activity goals/targets to achieve wins (completed
sales).
-Organize activities utilizing the company’s Client Relationship Management
system (CRM).
-Use the consultative sales strategy to effectively overcome client objections,
negotiate deals, and close sales.
-Meet or exceed performance expectations including weekly prospecting/pipeline
activities, quota YTD, billable hours/employees on assignment, and Gross Profit (GP) dollars.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-Familiar with consultative, solutions-based selling.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong sales presentation and persuasion skills.
-Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to analyze, interpret and prepare
statistical sales data.
-Ability to work well in a fast-moving, demanding, quota driven environment.
-Ability to use computer systems (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office products, CRM application).
-Flexibility to frequently travel locally throughout Cobb County.
-Valid Driver’s License

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-Successful B2B sales hunter.
-Staffing industry experience, preferably in business development/sales.
-Experience in a start-up business environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
