Primary Responsibilities:

Business Development Manager is the customer advocate within EnGenius Technologies Inc., adding insight and business judgment. They are also the voice of EnGenius to our customers, adding business intelligence and forethought.

  • Drive major account relationships and support strategic account business development initiatives and revenue objectives
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional groups within EnGenius Technologies
  • Single point of contact for all business operations and responsible for escalating issues to Management
  • Develop strong professional relationships with key account contact points
  • Manage and drive closure of key account initiatives
  • Ensure Key Account/EnGenius Business Process alignment
  • Facilitate Business, Quality, and Operational Reviews
  • Communications focal point for key account targets in various vertical markets – Service Provider. Home Automation. Government/Education, etc.
  • Develop and maintain relationships and proactive communications with cross-functional teams
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams

Minimum Requirements:

  • Highly motivated individual capable of developing key account relationships
  • College degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Strong business judgment
  • Ability to multi-task and provide leadership under dynamic and stressful conditions
  • Effective relationship-building skills
  • Analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Program/project management skills
  • Ability to effectively articulate solutions, product roadmap, and lead execution with accountability and focus, both externally with the customer and internally with cross-functional participation
  • Strong communication, selling, and negotiation skills
  • Team oriented
  • Experience in large account environment in technology such as Wi-Fi networking, POE Switching, hosted IP Office, industrial automation
  • Skilled in working with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
