Business Analyst

Fixed term – 12 months

Full Time – 35 hours per week

Salary up to £40,000 DOE + benefits package (including pension and 25 days paid holiday per annum plus 3 days for company shutdown over Christmas and New Year)

About the role

It’s an exciting time at Enginuity as we continue with our business transformation and really begin to focus on putting customers at the heart of what we do. We are delivering an ambitious Programme Roadmap that began in 2021, which will further transform our business and the experience of our customers and will map into our Strategic goals and vision.

What you’ll be doing

You will be an experienced and skilled Business Analyst able to support a number of in-flight, high priority projects amidst a changing landscape. Providing business analytics across a number of projects simultaneously, you will have experience of conducting business analysis and working flexibly across multiple projects simultaneously using waterfall, agile (Scrum) methodologies. You will be predominately carrying out process mapping across the business to support the transformation projects, with a specific focus on identifying improvements to how we operate as a business.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience of wide-ranging business analysis and business operations
  • Experience of delivering change projects
  • Experience of Customer Journey and process mapping
  • Business process improvement - user story and use-case development, applying lean optimisation techniques
  • Excellent data analysis and modelling
  • Excellent communications capability and senior stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Flexibility to work both on strategic and tactical developments while retaining the bigger picture
  • Ability to work at pace in a fast-changing environment

Other skills which would be desirable however not needed to apply for the role

  • Degree level in IT or business qualification
  • Relevant project management qualification
  • Experience of working within an Awarding Organisation
