**Overview:** Position is responsible for assisting customers in various door, window, decking projects and general building materials from beginning to end.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

• Work with customers in designing entry doors, windows, etc.
• Deck design and lumber sales
• Special orders in various building materials
• Stock lumber sales
• Creating and maintaining various orders with POS
• Coordinating installs with the installation department and customer
• Vendor contact for special orders
• Periodic stocking of samples and materials
• Works with various estimating programs from different vendors
• Estimate preparation for customers to complete the sales transaction
• Ample dealings with larger ticket items

**Skills Needed:**

• Flexibility to work in an often fast-paced changing environment
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to provide great customer experience in a retail environment
• Proven and reliable work ethic
• Ability to multi-task often and successfully

**Job Particulars:**

• Full-time 40+ hours per week
• Position does require working 6a-5p Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays
