5:30am-11am Schedule

Role Responsibilities:

Must be Able to Start Shift at 5:30am on Weekends, 6:00am Weekdays.
As a Breakfast Attendant you have the responsible to give our guests the best hospitality experience they can have by:
Maintaining a clean dining room, service area and food and beverage hallways* (depending hotel design)
Provide professional, competent, and prompt service with attention to guest needs
Arrive to work in uniform with a smile and “Can-do” attitude
Restock food and supplies as needed to ensure consistent service
Continuous cleaning of area to provide all guests the same experience regardless of their breakfast arrival

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times
• Prepare and cook breakfast foods on a daily basis, following all Hyatt required standards
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area
• Setting up and breaking down breakfast area, including proper storage or disposal of any left- over items from breakfast
• Keep all food items stocked, organized, and maintained during breakfast
• Maintain organization and food safety standards of all food storage areas
• Promptly, effectively, and empathetically assist with guest requests
• Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, and amenities of the hotel
• Be knowledgeable of the local area, including: shopping, entertainment, and dining
• Complete any other related task given by manager
