JOB DESCRIPTION – Bindery Operator/Team Lead:

Promotional Spring has an immediate opening for a Bindery Operator.

As a Bindery Operator, you will be responsible for running various pieces of bindery equipment. You should have knowledge of cutting, folding, saddle-stitching and mailing equipment. If qualified, you will be considered for a Team Lead position.

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Set up, operate, and run finishing equipment to meet production standards

Clean and maintain equipment as necessary

Review daily schedule with management and bindery team

Reviews job jacket and produce according to specifications

Performs QC checks

Direct Mail knowledge a plus

To be successful in this role, you should also have::

High School Diploma or equivalent

Relevant bindery experience

Ability to stand/walk, stoop, push and pull for extended periods of time

Ability to lift 40-50 lbs

Strong attention to detail

Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and fast paced environment
