Kamco Building Supply Corp of PA has provided the MidAtlantic Region with expert Building Material Supplies and customer service for over 35 years. As a family-owned business, Kamco has grown to 6 locations strategically placed in NJ, PA, VA and Wash DC.

We are currently looking for a Billing / Filing Professional

Responsibilities Include:

Procure/Process Inbound Mail Daily

Printing/Mailing Customer Invoices Daily

Other Shipping – Small Parcels (UPS/FEDEX) as needed

Direct Incoming Calls to Admin Office to the Appropriate Department

Daily Check Deposits VIA Bank Check Scanner

Daily Auditing/Filing Of POD/Shipping Documents

Daily Indexing of Unindexed POD Documents VIA Electronic Storage

Daily Printing of AP Invoices from Vendors

Weekly A/P Check Run Preparation/Mailing

Weekly Filing of Processed Accounts Payable

Weekly - Maintain/Procurement of Office Supplies

Monthly Printing / Mailing of Customer Statements

Provide Customers with Invoice or POD Copies Upon Request

Special Projects as Needed

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have good organizational skills, the ability to effectively communicate and interact professionally.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
