The recruitment team at Myticas Consulting is looking to hire a remote contract Project Manager responsible for the overall project management responsibility for assigned small to medium HCM ( Human Capital Management ) projects.

Must have experience executing projects involving either or all of the following areas: HR, Benefits, or Payroll... have to have at least one of the previous to qualify. Experience in SAP and Workday is a major plus. PMP certification is required as well.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define scope, goals, and deliverables of projects that support business goals, in collaboration with senior management
• Define project success criteria and disseminate this throughout project lifecycle
• Coordinate with a business sponsor on development of business and functional requirements
• Understand processes involved with generating data integrations (high-level)
• Understand unit, integration and user acceptance testing processes
• Generate detailed project plans in MS Project and Clarity PPM
• Effectively communicate and manage project expectations to sponsors, team members and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Generate project timelines and milestones / deliverables
• Develop project status reports per project leadership
• Apply fundamental risk processes that identify and document project risks
• Effectively manage project teams' time to allocate resources which ensure deliverables are completed.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within and between various project teams.
• Track and monitor all project milestones and deliverables
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths
• Develop status reports, change requests, and requirements documentation to ensure smooth project progressions
• Conduct project lessons-learned events and create a recommendations report to identify key successful and unsuccessful project elements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science, business administration or related field. PMP Certification Required.
• Experience: Over 3 years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution. Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Clarity PPM, JIRA, and Excel.
• Computer Skills: Standard computer skills using Microsoft Office products and MS Project for schedule and resource capacity planning.
