Rise With ABA is a clinic-based ABA company, established to provide the best quality of service to Autistic kids 2-10 years old.
We are primarily a clinic-based company, but we occasionally provide in-home service as well. Our clinic for young kids (2-6 yrs old) is located at 23210 Red River Dr, Suite A, Katy, TX, 77494. We also have our own building for school age kids (5.5-10 yrs old) on Westheimer road in Katy. Our goal is to provide the best quality of ABA Therapy to children on the Autism Spectrum. We are growing very quickly, so we have also begun construction of a building located behind the Costco off of 99 in Katy and plan to have it up and running by summer of 2021. Job Description

Rise With ABA is currently looking for a behavior therapist to join our team as full-time (30-35 hours per week) or part-time (3 days per week).

Rise With ABA is currently looking for a registered behavior technician for full-time or part-time.

POSITION SUMMARY:

About the Job

Responsibilities include:

• Behavior assessment of problem behaviors
• Data collection and analysis
• Conducting assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., stimulus preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment);
• Designing, implementing, and systematically monitoring skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs;
• Overseeing the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others;
• Training, designing behavioral systems, and performance management;
• Other activities normally performed by a behavior analyst that are directly related to behavior analysis such as attending planning meetings regarding the behavior analytic program, researching the literature related to the program, and talking to individuals about the program.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must have RBT certification

EDUCATION: Bachelor related to psychology or education

Experience:

• relevant: 1 year (Preferred)

Typical start time:

• 9AM

Typical end time:

• 5:30 PM

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
