Applicants who build teamwork through training, and communication. Applicants who are friendly, hardworking, and organized. Applicants must be able to multi-task,and walk & stand for long shifts.


Full-Time and Part-Time

Salary commensurate with experience, starting at $8.48+ per hour plus tips.


Responsibilities:
  • Making drinks to spec/follow recipe guidelines
  • Guiding guests through their dining experience
  • Displaying a friendly attitude toward guests
  • Taking orders, bussing tables, running food, completing side work, and providing bar maintenance
  • Maintaining a clean, organized workstation, performing all opening, running, and closing duties
  • Delivering Courteous and accurate service to ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests
  • Demonstrating exceptional product knowledge
  • Upselling specialty drinks and featuring food items
  • Taking correct food and drink orders and inputting through POS system
  • Answering all guest questions accurately
  • Checking ID’s properly
  • Demonstrating food safety & responsible alcohol service
  • Preparing checks and collecting payment from guests
  • Maintaining proper cash drawer balances
  • Demonstrating knowledge of bar/table/station numbers
  • Stocking liquor, beer, wine rooms/coolers
  • Maintaining & washing glassware throughout shift
  • Properly covering, labeling, dating, and refrigerating bar products
  • Maintaining proper par levels behind the bar
  • Establishing and maintaining a 3-compartment sink
  • Changing kegs when needed
  • Supporting inventory counts as needed
  • Setting up and breaking down the bar and/or portable bar
  • Cleaning and sweeping floors
  • Working in a fast-paced environment
  • Mastering service skills such as guest service focus, food assembly knowledge, stays organized, follows service standards
  • Delivering at a high performance, holding themselves accountable through effective coaching and strong follow-through skills
  • Understanding and executing an action plan to achieve goals

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Trained in Food Safety & Responsible Alcohol Service
