Job Title: Bartender - LPM Miami

Pay: $1200 -1400 per week

Note: First 2 weeks - $20/hour flat rate

Scope and General Purpose

• Prepare specialty cocktails using detailed recipes
• Preparing batches & syrups according to recipes when needed
• Polishing when needed
• Organizing
• Completing & reviewing opening checklists
• Clean and sanitize bar area including counters, shelves, dishwashers, storage areas, tools, and utensils
• Prepare all ingredients and garnishes as assigned by the bar manager
• Restock and replenish any bottles necessary
