Tiger Town Sports-Opelika, AL is looking for experience Bartenders to serve our guests at our new indoor and outdoor sports entertainment venue in the Tigertown area. Families and individuals will enjoy the 18-hole classic miniature golf, 3 sand beach volleyball courts, virtual golf simulator, yard games such as corn hole, etc, and a full-service bar with a walkout patio.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year high volume bartending experience
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Extensive knowledge of liquors and cocktail preparation
• Desire to be a part of a positive and collaborative culture

Responsibilities

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
• Build rapport with guest, anticipate their needs, and prepare drink orders
• Develop and enhance cocktail recipes to construct well-rounded menu
• Interact with guests to facilitate positive experiences and guest satisfaction
• Taking orders, accurately processing cash and credit card transactions under cash handling policies
• Adhering to all established alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking patrons’ identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety
• Available to work as scheduled and being punctual to work, completing work in a timely, accurate and thorough manner

Paid hourly rate plus tips. Full time employees are eligible for additional benefits including BCBS of AL health, dental, and vision options, PTO plan, and Employee Wellness Program.
