Léon 1909 (instagram.com/leon1909shelterisland/) on Shelter Island, NY is seeking experienced full-time Bartenders & Servers to join our team.

Léon 1909 is a countryside French & Italian restaurant located on beautiful Shelter Island.

The ideal candidate has a guest-first mentality and values teamwork. Your demeanor is calm and positive. Your multi-tasking skills are strong.

Positions:

• Bartender - $12hr + tips
• Server - $11hr + tips

Compensation:

• $1200+ weekly average
• Tips received in paycheck
• Paid weekly

Schedule requirements:

• 35 hours weekly
• 4-5 days weekly
• 7-8 hour days

Language requirements:

• English

Experience:

• 2+ years of previous experience in a similar role in a high volume fine dining or upscale casual restaurant
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
