Job description

Banquet Captain supervises and works the Banquet functions for the Club, as planned by the catering Director and other members of the Management Team. They are active in the set-up, full operation of, and execution of all service of the private events and Club Events held in the Clubs indoor and outdoor spaces. Serving as the main point of contact for the events of the Club.

Reports directly to Catering Director.

works closely with Catering Director, Beverage Manager, Clubhouse Manager Executive Chef, Housekeeping and Maintenance Departments.

Work Experience: Server and Banquet experience in a high quality and high volume five star Restaurant, Resort or Country Club. Must be friendly and outgoing with a positive attitude. Be organized and detail oriented and have great communication skills. Be a team player and motivator. Must present a professional appearance and be certified in Basset and Food Handling.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $23.00 per hour
