SUMMARY:

The primary responsibility of the Accessory Technician is the installation of products on vehicles, to include Nitro Gear Installations . The technician is also responsible for the safety, maintenance, and cleanliness of the shop.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Verifies parts to be installed on vehicle for accuracy and safety
• Completes installations within allotted time
• Performs alignments and NVH diagnostics when necessary
• Works with sales person to recommend and obtain additional parts during installation
• Works with shop manager to diagnose and remedy any installation errors
• Maintains safety and functionality of the shop by following standard rules and procedures
• Gear Installation (OJT)
• Test drives vehicles to assess completion of installation and alignment
• Understands and complies with Federal, State and local regulations that affect service department operations such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA right to know, etc.

ATTENDANCE:

Must be punctual and timely in meeting all requirements of performance, including, but not limited to, attendance standards and work deadlines; beginning and ending assignments on time; and scheduled work breaks; where applicable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
