About the role

A rare and exciting opportunity is available for a customer–centric shining star to join our team at West London Audi as a Handover Expert.

As an Audi Handover Expert, you will play a key part in our customers’ journey, as we endeavour to go above and beyond for each and every one of them.

All of our customers deserve to receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience with us from start to finish.

About you

Are you confident, outgoing and an all-round real people person? If so, we really want to hear from you!

A passion for delivering excellent customer service is a key attribute of the position, along with the willingness to learn and expand your knowledge, and inspire others.

Ideally, you will have previous experience of working in a retail or hospitality environment. However, we will offer extensive training to allow you to develop expert knowledge of the Audi.
