Job description

The AT&T On-Site Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and and acquiring clients on behalf of AT&T. This person will work in one of our on-site retail locations. The On-Site Associate will engage with customers to provide information on AT&T's products, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide support for activations and installations. Additionally, the On-Site Associate will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

Essential Job Functions:

• Greet and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide accurate and relevant information to customers regarding AT&T's products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with customers' devices and services
• Assist customers with activations, installations, and upgrades
• Independently manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized on-site location
• Respond to and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
• Regularly report to the On-Site Manager on sales, inventory, and customer feedback
• Stay current with AT&T's products, services, and promotions through ongoing training and education
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or equivalent environment
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to customers in simple terms
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in POS systems
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
