Job description
Assistant to the accounts receivable administration for the Corporation, including invoice backup, copies, deposit process, and managing awards and software implementation.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Location MU - Marshall University Salary Range $35,000-$45,000- Salary is commensurate with expererience and internal equity
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Assists in the collection of essential information and prepares necessary spreadsheets and reports
- Assists in Invoicing by pulling required backup for financial reporting to various agencies
- Applies consistent application of applicable Uniform Guidance guidelines by maintaining familiarization with the guidelines
- Prepares monthly deposit records for data entry
- Assists in maintaining of accounts receivable aging, monitoring and collection
- Assists in preparation of financial reports
- Establishes and maintains confidential office files and records
- Assists in data extraction and related analytical work as directed by the CFO, Director – Grants Billing & Financial Reporting, and Grant Accountants.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience
Minimum of eighteen months experience in grant administration or experience in accounts receivable or credit department.
